Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vivify Nails! We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

**Returns:**

- Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of placing the order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and unaltered, with packaging intact.
- Please return the items in their original condition.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please note that if items arrive open or tampered with, we cannot issue a refund for sanitary reasons.

To initiate a return, please follow the link provided below and have your order number and associated email address ready. We cover the cost of return shipping, and you will receive a return confirmation email with a shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect all items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that damaged items are not eligible for refunds.

**Sale Items and Special Events:**

- Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.
- Orders placed using discount codes may be returned within 30 days if unopened, except during special holiday promotions.

**Exchanges:**

- To exchange an item, it must be unopened, unused, and unaltered, with packaging intact.
- You may exchange products of the same type and price.
- If you prefer a different product type, please return the unwanted items.

You will receive an email confirmation with a shipping label and instructions for the exchange process. Once we receive your returned items and they are in transit to our facility, your exchange order will be processed and shipped.

**Online Purchases:**

- Claims for defective items must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Please email Customer Service at INFO@VIVIFYNAILS.COM with your order number, item number, and clear photos of the defective merchandise.
- Upon confirmation of the defect, we will offer a replacement or refund via store credit or original payment method.

**Retail Purchases:**

- For items not purchased directly from us, please contact the retailer for refunds or exchanges.
- If you believe an item is defective, please email us with photos of the application and proof of purchase.

**Order Cancellation:**

- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submission by emailing INFO@VIVIFYNAILS.COM with your order number.
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned upon receipt.
